    Who am I?

    I'm a woman, who has a complicated relationship with my body, my hormones and my cycle. I went from no period for years (yikes), to a period that came with a vengeance, to debilitating PMS, finally landed on an endometriosis diagnosis. I am on this journey with you, a lifelong journey of self-discovery & acceptance.

    As a doctor is my greatest privilege to help women reconnect with their bodies, their inner knowing and their cycles. I believe that when women deeply know and trust themselves, they make empowered decisions. And when they finally learn to work with their hormones rather than against them, they become unstoppable.

    Too often I see women coming in with period pain, PMS, a PCOS, endometriosis or infertility diagonsis FRUSTRATED that they don't understand their bodies or their cycles better. Frustarted that they had no idea how their cycles worked until there was a problem.
